We start off the process with one of our consultants paying you a visit to discuss your requirements. The consultant will assess the size of your consignment and will determine what packing material will be required to ensure that you have a first-class moving experience. We will design a removal solution for you to suit your needs and your budget. Relogistics Services have the infrastructure, experience, and well-trained professional staff to tend to all your removal requirements. On request, we can assist with the dismantling and reassembling of your furniture items, as well as basic handyman services during the move.
Our dedicated office staff will take care of the logistics and planning whilst our professional packing crews will handle the packing and wrapping of your possessions to ensure that your consignment is well protected. With personal service and attention to detail, Relogistics Services removes the stress and strain normally associated with relocating. Our Domestic Services include:
- Pre-Relocation survey
- One of our consultants will visit you at your home to asses and gain a better understanding of your requirements and to offer you a no-obligation free quotation
- Packing and Wrapping – Our professional packers will pack and handle your valuables and personal belongings with the utmost care and respect to prevent any unnecessary damages. Only the best quality packing material is used to pack and protect your belongings.
- Crating – Very delicate or antique items can be crated. We manufacture custom-built crates from Wood or Cardboard boards for additional protection where required.
- Detailed Inventory – Our supervisors will complete a detailed inventory list of all the items that are collected from your home. This will include recording the description and condition of the items. You will be required to sign these documents to confirm that all the items were collected as agreed and you will be handed a copy for your personal records.
- Delivery and Unpacking – Our delivery team will place your belongings in the respective rooms as per your instruction, unpack the cartons that we packed and remove the used packing material. Any items that we dismantled, will be reassembled to its original state.
